A 3 year 60,000 mile limited warranty on the following vehicles meeting eligibility.
Makes: Hyundai, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Kia, With Model years 6 years or newer, with 0-75,000 odometer miles at date of sale. Rental Car Coverage. Towing and Emergency Roadside Service Coverage. 

The Terms Are:
Coverage begins on the date of the sale and ends at the earlier of 3 years or 60,000 add on odometer Miles.   Dealer remit for 3 yr/60,000 Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty is a $100 deductable.

Limited warranty coverage applies to the parts listed below, and related labor, but not if they are covered by insurance or the Manufacturer's warranty.  If a covered part(s) has a mechanical breakdown, we will repair or replace it, or pay an authorized repair facility customary and reasonable charges to do so, not to exceed manufacturer's suggested list price for covered parts and specific labor times published in Motor, Chilton, Mitchell or the Manufactuers warranty labor time standards, subject to the deductible and the other provisions of this limited warranty.  Reimbursement may be made directly to you for an authorized claim.  Replacement will be made with parts of like kind and quality (including new, re-manufactured, exchanged, or serviceable used componets or parts at the option of the administrator).  Only those parts listed below are covered any parts not listed are not covered.

1. ENGINE: Gasoline engine; All internally lubricated parts contained within the engine block and cylinder heads.  Seals and gaskets. Plus these non-internally lubricated parts: Water Pump, Fuel Pump, Valve Covers, Oil Pan, Dipstick and Tube, Timing Belt/Chain cover, Engine Mounts, Flyweel, Ring Gear, Flex Plate, harmonic Balancer, Belt Tensioner and Idler Pully, Intake and Exhaust Maniforlds, Cylinder Head, Engine Block and Rotor Housings. **Coolant, Lubricants, and Oil Filter***

Diesel Engine: All of the above parts, plus diesel fuel injection pump, fuel injectors, fuel lines.

2. TRANSMISSION: Automatic transmission, all internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. Seals and gaskets. Plus these non-internally lubricated parts:  Transmission Mounts, Oil Pan, Dipstick and Filter Tube, Vacuum Modulator.  Transmission Case **Fluids, Lubricants and Filter***

Manual Transmission: all internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. Seals and gaskets. Plus these non-internally lubricated parts:  Transmission Mounts, Transmission Case **Fluids, Lubricants and Filter***

3. TRANSFER CASE:  All internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. Plus these non-internally lubricated parts; Electronic and Vacuum engagement parts, Four Wheel Drive Automatic/Semi-Automatic and Manually operated Hub Assemblies.  Seals and gaskets.  Transfer Case Housing **Lubricants***

4. DRIVE AXLE:  All internally lubricated parts contained within the Front and/or Rear Drive Axle Housing.  Plus the following parts; Axle Shafts, Axle Bearings, Constant Velocity Joints and Boots, Universal Joints, Center Support Bearing, Seals and Gaskets.  Final Drive Housing **Lubricants***

RENTAL CAR COVERAGE
In the event of a mechanical breakdown covered by this limited warranty or the manufacturer's warranty, we will reimburse you for the expense actually incurred for the rental of a substitute vehicle through a licensed rental agency during the repair, subject to the following provision:  Our liability shall not exceed $30 per day for each eight hours of approved labor time (or fraction of eight hours), nor total more that $180 for each covered repair visit.  In computing the maximum $180 reimbursement per repair visit, up to three days of down time, required for parts procurement only, is reimbursable. (Administrator must be advised in advance of all such delays).  Delays caused by repair facility scheduling do not qualify for rental benefits.  Valid receipts for substitute vehicles will be required.  Labor times shall be established usling rates published in Motor, Chilton, Mitchell or the Manufactuers warranty labor time standards.  NO deductible is applicable to this benefit.


Towing and Emergency Roadside Service Coverage:
If your vehicle is in need of Roadside Service, you must call the 24-hour toll free number at (800) 831-6870 for service.  The following benifits are subject to a maximum benefit of $100 per occurrence;  Towing, Jump Starts, Flat Tire Changes, (using customers inflated spare), Fluid Delivery, Lock-out service (key cutting extra), Concierge Service (Assistance to three phone calls- relatives, police, etc.).  Any towing or emergency roadside service not initiated through the 24-Hour toll free number is limited to a maximum benifit of $50 per occurrence;  valid receipts will be required for reimbursement.  No deductable is applicable to this benefit.

YOUR VEHICLE MAINTANCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. In order to maintain vaild warranty coverage, you must have your vehicle checked and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, as outlined in your vehicle Owners Manual.  NOTE; Your owners Manual list different servicing recommendations based upon your individual driving habits and climate conditions.  You are required to follow the maintenance schedule that applies to your conditions.  Failure to follow the Manufacturer's recommendations that apply to your specific conditions may result in the denial of coverage.

2. It is required that verifiable receipts be retained for the services.  You must retain all maintenance and repair orders.  These copies must indicate; Customer name, repair order number and date, vehicle identification number, description of the vehicle including make, model and odometer reading at time of service, and complete description of services preformend.  If you preform your own service, you must retain verifiable receipts showing purchases of all required parts and materials necessary to preform the required maintenance showing the date and odometer reading when you preformed the service.

3. You may be required to provide proof of all maintenance services completed in compliance with the Manufacturer's Owners Manual.  Failure to provide proof of services preformed will void this limited warranty.

Maintenance expences are your responsibility.

What is not Covered:

A.  Any part not specifically listed as covered under the coverage you selected, including but not limited to any of the following parts; Glass, Lenses, Sealed Beams, Light Bulbs, Wheels, Wheel Covers, Tires, Interior Trim, Moldings, Bright Metal Parts, Sheet Metal, Flexible Body Parts, Weather Strips, Uphostery, Convertable and or Vinyl Top, Paint, Rust, Physical Damage, Catalytic Converter, Exhaust System, Brake Rotor and Drums, Wiper Blades, Hoses, Shock Absorbers, Batteries, Carburetor, Throttle Body Assembly, Spark Plugs, Drive Belts, Brake Pads, Brake Linings and Shoes, Manual Clutch Disc.

B. Repairs of water and air leaks, rattles, squeaks and wind noise, alignment of body parts bumpers and glass.

C. The normal maintenance services and parts required by or recommended by the vehicle Manufacturer and other normal maintenance.

D. Repairs covered by any other insurance policy, service contract, written warranty or otherwised covered by a manufacturer or repairer's gaurantee even if the coverage is revoked or denied for any reason.

E. Repairs, Replacements or alterations not authorized by the administrator.

F. Repair or Replacement of any part when it has been determined that the condition existed prior to the purchase of your vehicle.

G.  A mechanical breakdown which does not occur during or is not reported to us within the terms of the limited warranty unless expiration of the warranty falls on a holiday or weekend, then the next business day is acceptable.

H. Repairs if the odometer has ceased to operate and odometer repairs have not been made immediately, or if the odometer has been altered, tampered with or in any way misrepresents actual milage after you purchased the vehicle.

I. Repairs or replacement of any part or components that are not installed by the vehicle manufacturer at the time of original vehicle assembly

J. Any part which has not sustained a mechanical breakdown but which repair facility recommends or requires to be repaired or replaced in connection with the replacement of a covered part.

K. Storage charges, shop supplies, hazardous waste disposal fees, freight/delivery charges incurred for the procuement of replacement parts.

L. Economic loss including loss of time, inconvenience or other incidental loss or damage that may result from mechanical breakdown.

M.  Consequential loss or damage that is the result of mechanical breakdown.

N.  Mechanical breakdowns and repairs that occur outside the United States of America or Canada.

2.  This Limited Warranty does not provide coverage if your vehicle:

A. Has been modified to plow snow whether the plow blade is attached to your vehicle or not.

B. Is used for hauling or tower in excess of the manufacturer's limitations or specifications

C. Is used for business use by more than one driver on a regular basis, commercial towing or hauling, Livery (except in car pooling) or delivery.

D.  Is used as a rental, racing, taxi, police car, security, or emergency vehicle.

3. This limited warranty does not repair coverage for repairs caused by;

A. Collision or impact, fire, theft, attempted theft, freezing, vandalism, malicious mischief, rior, civil commotion, explosion, lightning, water, flood, falling objects, contaminated fuels, fluids or lubricants, or refrigerants, and resultant rust corrosion or consequential damage.

B.  Misuse, alteration, abuse, negligence or lack of proper maintaenace or improper maintenance.

C.  A non-covered part.

D. The direct result of aftermarket modifications made to the vehicle which do not meet the OEM factory specifications.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY
Total of all benefits paid or payable for each repair visit is limited to the actual cash value of your vehicle not concidering loss of value due to the mechanical breakdown of a covered parts, less your deductible.

The total of all benefits paid or payable during the LW term shall not exceed the purchase price paid for your vehicle.

Liability for any incidental or consequential damages is specifically excluded. Such incidental or consequential damage include but are not limited to loss of profits or income, loss of use of the vehicle or damages to property, loss of time, inconvenience and commercial loss.

E.  This limited warranty may not be transferred or assigned.
